Forward Progress

Eli's really been working hard at crawling, so I thought it would be fun to try bribing him with the same technique we used with Norah.

Turns out, Eli is as taken with the telephone as his sister was!

His technique, however, is completely unique (well, at least from hers). Norah was an army crawler. Eli, on the other hand, prefers to let his legs do all the work. He pushes his little bottom up in the air, and inchworms his way toward the object (or person) he most desires.


He does, at least, use his arms when he gets close enough to grab. After all, no sense wasting excess energy crawling when what he wants is within arms reach.
