After a few, frustrating days of sewing, Norah's bedding all finally came together today. I have been working on curtains since Saturday, and I think I'm finally satisfied with them. (Photos coming soon with the big "Room Reveal") Today's projects (besides hanging curtains) were sheets and a pillow case. I found a great deal on some super-soft cotton sheets ($9 for a flat sheet, fitted sheet, and pillowcase), so I added some of my left-over scrap fabric from Norah's quilt to the cuff of the flat sheet and pillowcase, to tie them into my color scheme. Then, I ran the pillowcase by the mall and had Norah's name machine-embroidered in just 15 minutes! I also finished a coordinating duvet cover on Saturday, but wont be happy with it until it's filled, so no picture today. I'm shopping around for a good price on a twin duvet insert, so if anyone has any ideas, let me know. It has to be 66x88. I'm not picky about what it's filled with (polyester is fine), and the best price I've found so far is $49.95 on Amazon, with free shipping. The bed is all-set to arrive tomorrow, so I can' t wait to see it all come together. "Project Big Girl Room" is almost complete, we just lack a new set of closet doors, installation of a ceiling fan, and a few more accents (I'd like to get some fun picture frames from Jamie Btique, and maybe make a coordinating lampshade). Stay tuned for the "Big Reveal"!

So it's a boy! I don't think I've seen you mention the gender of your newest (still cookin') addition. ;) Congrats!
