W is for...

Walmart...Call me cheap. Call me a redneck. Guilt-trip me for all of the Mom & Pop stores the "Big W"'s put out of business. Any store where I can stop once and pick up virtually anything I need (for less) is a good place, in my mind. Not to mention, ours has some of the friendliest checkers, meat market clerks, and stockers of any store I know.

Welcome Mat...I need to get one for our front door, but I never seem to be able to remember when I'm anywhere that would sell a cute one...although I'm sure Walmart has them!

Writing...I love to write. While research paper time caused most of my peers to break out in hives, it always spawned a little surge of excitement in me. I still have several journals that I periodically go back to writing in when inspiration strikes, and though I doubt much will ever come from it, they at least make me happy.

Shout out to all of the Wal-mart shoppers out there! I love it! And people do give me the speech about how it's a corporate conglomerate, yak, yak, yak! But, curiously, these same people love to shop at places like Target...Hmmm...

Really though, I save so much money there! I only have to drive to and from one store (conserving gas) and I only have to get the kids in and out of the car once (conserving my patience).

Yeah...the getting Norah out of the car only once is a BIG reason why I love it so much (I can't imagine how much more work it'd be with multiple kids and carseats!)
